Join Our Client’s Team as a Customer Support Superstar 

Our Client is Growing and Seeking a Customer Support Superstar to Join their Team! 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide over-the-phone support to clients. 
  • Respond to support requests via email. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams on support escalations, managing customer expectations. 
  • Offer remote connection support to clients. 
  • Log all calls in their CRM. 
  • Escalate calls to third-party providers when needed. 
  • Participate in team meetings. 
  • Operate on a rotating roster from 6 am-2 pm, 9 am-5 pm, 11 am-7 pm & 2 pm-10 pm.

About You: 

  • Previous experience in an IT support role is ideal. 
  • Background in hospitality or supporting hospitality businesses. 
  • A people person with excellent communication skills. 
  • Patience is your virtue, and you enjoy working at the user’s pace. 
  • Team player with a collaborative approach. 
  • Skilled at managing customer expectations. 
  • Familiarity with their software is a plus but not essential.
