Our Client is Growing and Seeking a Customer Support Superstar to Join their Team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide over-the-phone support to clients.
- Respond to support requests via email.
- Collaborate with internal teams on support escalations, managing customer expectations.
- Offer remote connection support to clients.
- Log all calls in their CRM.
- Escalate calls to third-party providers when needed.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Operate on a rotating roster from 6 am-2 pm, 9 am-5 pm, 11 am-7 pm & 2 pm-10 pm.
About You:
- Previous experience in an IT support role is ideal.
- Background in hospitality or supporting hospitality businesses.
- A people person with excellent communication skills.
- Patience is your virtue, and you enjoy working at the user’s pace.
- Team player with a collaborative approach.
- Skilled at managing customer expectations.
- Familiarity with their software is a plus but not essential.
